Join us for an evening with Cheryl Wheeler in a benefit concert for The Nature Connection. Surely one of the most popular performers on the folk music circuit, Cheryl Wheeler is an exceptionally entertaining singer/songwriter, with a repertoire that includes beautiful ballads, upbeat tunes that reflect the quirkier things in life (such as “Handy House”), and an ability to tell a story with such a delightful comedic delivery that the audience will be rolling on the floor with laughter. Tickets available online now for both the pre-show Reception at 7pm, featuring refreshments, a visit from Cheryl, and reserved seating, and for general admission tickets to the 8pm show. Our third annual turtle trek! Explore with Bryan Windmiller and The Nature Connection again this spring as we look for live turtles and enjoy the fascinating nature of Great Meadows. A gifted teacher and professional wildlife ecologist since 1987, Bryan's research includes human impact on vernal pool amphibians, and the conservation of Blanding's turtles. Walk is free. A rare, up-close look at a live bald eagle, falcons, owls and hawks! This fascinating presentation by Tom Ricardi, a licensed rehabilitator and wildlife biologist, offers a chance to experience these magnificent birds and learn about the work of the Massachusetts Bird of Prey Rehabilitation Facility which has cared for injured birds for over thirty years, successfully introducing captive-bred bald eagles into the wild. |

Blessing of the Animals
